SASS stands for 'Street Animals of Sarnath Service'. We are a circle of animal friends who offer free vaccinations and adoption services for street dogs- and more recently- cows and calves -in Sarnath in India. For every family that adopts a street animal here, we offer free education to children from that family at the local Universal school. The program - entitled 'Alice in Wonderland' has been remarkably successful - thanks to the children of Sarnath! We welcome your input and suggestions!

time for a visit from Denmark

Its Nandi - our bull's birthday. We take this occasion to inform our readers that we now have our own little farm-house and are making arrangements for a veternarian crew from Copenhagen to visit SASS and help sterilise our new dog adoptees.
